They are the publishers of some of the worlds most famous magazines including vogue, glamour , vanity fair etc. You can go there, sit down, and check all the magazines they publish. It is also a nicely designed shop. Worth checking when you're in London next time. Located in Hanover Square.

Pane e Acqua | Milan

Ciao from Milano!
I arrived here last night from Sardegna. The flight was so scary and I almost thought we won't make it!
I am sitting here in this super cute restaurant called Pane e Acqua, having dinner, for one. You would love the place , it is so nice, all white/beige/light grey colours, combination of furniture and on the food menu they state where u can buy the furniture from if u like any.
I ordered spelt and barley pasta with shrimps, it is yummy!! And now eating my dessert, Baked figs with chocolate and almonds! Yum!!
Wish you were with me!

UrbanJewelry

Dee, check out this Urban Jewellery” campaign, which integrates over sized pieces of jewelry into public, urban space. Stone roadblocks become cufflinks. Pendants are placed upon chain barriers to create “necklaces”. i think that it is appropriate to accessorize public space in the same manner we would accessorize ourselves. This work is by Liesbet Bussche in Amsterdam.

Kusama in beirut

Dee, it is indeed kusama everywhere. I took some pics of the window in Beirut, it's a mini version of the one in London.
On a side note, love the fiat 500, isn't it the cutest thing uve ever driven? I am gonna miss mine once I move to London ... Woohoo can't wait, as wired brunettes are reunited forever.
I leave you with some pics of the windows in Beirut.

Kusama in Sardinia

Rush,

I arrived to Sardinia this morning, and hired a Fiat 500 (yay!) . We drove to Porto Cervo and came across Louis Vuitton's window display, all Kusama themed :-) , is it the same in beirut? It's the Kusama effect everywhere! Kisses

Yayoi Kusama's dots/Louis Vuitton

Rush,
After Yayoi Kusama's exhibition at Tate Modern few months ago, the Kusama's effect is now spreading! Known for her dotted paintings and art work, Kusama is collaborating with Louis Vuitton for a small collection of clothing/accessories. I love the tshirts by the way! I walk passed the Louis Vuitton shop in Bond St yesterday and saw their Kusama window display, love it!

Selfridges also revealed their window display few days ago, and it is covered with Kusama's dots! Will post few photos soon. I will leave you with LV's window display for now.

Tokyo Jane in Raouché

Following our previous post, we received several volunteers willing to be photographed with our Tokyo Jane bangles but we had to chose one this time! Here are photos of the minimalist yet beautiful bangles taken in Raouché near Grotte des Pigeons in Beirut. We chose the green and ice grey matching nicely with the dress.

A cute sweet shop

Rush,

Check out this cute sweet shop in covent garden. It's called Cyber Candy and they have really cute candies that you can't find in many shops. I have to go in everytime I pass by just to check what's new in the candy market but I resist to buy anything ;-) A must see when you're in London next!

London telephone booth!

Rush,

Artists have designed their own version of the London telephone booth. They are spread around London and these are the ones I have encountered so far. Which one is your favourite?

The Royal Family Stools

Rush,
Check out these stools by German designer Ellen Heilmann, she called them The Royal Family Stools. Each stool is individual, yet flexible and interchangeable where could be used either as a stool or as a table, but when put together they look like a family. I so want to buy them!!
