Spun by Heatherwick Studio

Rush,

It was so lovely to have you here in London, even if it was a very short visit!
Have you ever seen the Spun chair by Heatherwick Studio? They are everywhere in the V&A museum because there is an exhibition for Heatherwick Studio's work. Their work is really amazing, they challenge simple solutions to simple problems, having said that , the simple solutions are still very complex!

Here are few photos of the Spun, they are great fun and comfortable!

Niloufar Afnan

Dee you remember Nilou? I always thought that she had such a talent when I used to see her early works. Born in Lebanon, Niloufar Afnan; furniture designer, jewellery designer and photographer recently graduated from the furniture design program at Central St. Martin’s University in London.
For her furniture, she uses recycled ones and always comes up with amazing ideas of how we can reuse items and design furniture in a fun way! Her jewellery pieces are so original as well. You can find them at Orient 499 store in Clemenceau

The Secret Door

Rasha,

Look how clever is that entrance door! People might pass by it without noticing there is a house entrance! It is well disguised! It's a house in north london, built between two houses, and usually this plot of land is either empty or is occupied by a garden of some sort. The architect is Jack Woolley.

Here are some photos and the plan of the property, and you can see how it's squeezed between other properties.
