Dee, what an amazing idea is the pot hole gardener. I hope that one day we see these kind of projects in Beirut, as you can see we have lots of holes in our street :). A public debate was held in february about opening horsh beirut (beirut biggest green park) to the public. The debate discussed strategies for re-opening Horsh Beirut in a sustainable and secure way. I hope it happens soon.
